To make this strawberry sago, you will need the following ingredients:

Sago - gives the soft, chewy pearls adding texture to the dessert.

Water - to cook the sago

Strawberries - fresh strawberries add a refreshing flavor and texture

Strawberry juice - to make the jelly

Agar agar - plant based gelling agent

Strawberry milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk - forms the sweet creamy milk base for the dessert.

    Serving Suggestions

This is best served cold or chilled. You can assemble these just before serving and add lots of ice during summer time.

    Storage

I store the leftovers in the refrigerator for ont to two days and serve it cold when needed. Beyond that time, the fresh strawberries will change color.
