    Why Apple Sago Dessert?

This unique version of Asian sago dessert is a perfect fit for the fall season. This is loaded with apple flavors in different versions and textures. Yes, this dessert loaded with apples in different forms - jelly, fresh fruit (different varieties of apples), caramel apple pie filling, and popping green apple boba! In addition, the ultimate dulche de leche, maple jelly, along with cinnamon and caramel sauce with chewy tapioca pearls is the best dessert that would be loved by all age groups.

The creamy and richness id also contributed by the evaporated milk, milk, and dulche de leche. At the same time, it is not over indulgent but light and refreshing for the fall weather.

This is also healthy! Tons of fresh apples added to it which makes this dessert a healthy one. Apples, caramel, and cinnamon are perfect fall combination and this sago dessert will hit the right spots with its ultimate flavors and textures.

This unique dessert also has jellies made with fresh apple juice and maple jellies. The agar agar jellies add to the texture as well as flavor.

You can serve this as a chilled dessert. Some days in fall are hot and this dessert is an ideal fit for those days. You can also serve this dessert immediately after you assemble it.

    Storage

You can amke this apple sago dessert a day ahead and store in the refrigerator. If in case there are any leftovers, you can store in the fridge for a day or two. I do not recommend storing this dessert for a longer time at room temperature as this dessert has milk in it. It is ideal to store in fridge and serve. Or prep ahead, store, assemble and serve right away.
