    Korean Strawberry Milk

    Jul 21, 2021 · 23 Comments

This fresh and delicious Korean strawberry milk is addictive and is a popular summer drink in Korea. The fresh made syrup with chunks of fresh strawberries makes a huge difference in flavor. I can guarantee that you won't be buying any more syrups once you try this.

This Korean strawberry milk recipe is very easy to follow. Fresh strawberries are used to make the syrup and the extra chunks give great texture. This will taste amazing as it is made with fresh ingredients. Fresh and homemade is always better. No it is BEST! All you need is strawberries, syrup, and cold milk. Yes! Just 3 ingredients.

Most of the times we have this always in our fridge. Myself and my daughter love this milk and we also use it to make strawberry matcha latte. This syrup helps in making a snack sized drink too! Delicious and satisfying....all in one! I have used chilled cow milk but feel free to use plant based milk too. I love this coconut and soymilk too. This is my daughter's recipe. We referred to Drive Me Hungry, My Korean Kitchen, Milk and Pop, and made our version suiting the sugar needs, and is a combination of these. Adjust sugar and amount of strawberries as per your preference. The quantity of syrup used is according to personal preferences, from 2-4 tbsp. Add some ice cubes if you prefer.

I love a good strawberry milkshake! The difference of this homemade syrup was so delicious I don't think Ill ever make it another way again! The extra strawberries in the shake made me feel a bit healthier also, as I slurped the rest of the my shake down!

This sounds wonderful. My Teen loves making strawberry milk with store bought syrup. I can't wait to surprise her with this homemade version using fresh strawberries.

I am wondering if I could do this with Swerve or another sweetener. Looks so tasty. I think everybody today fixed my calcium intake problems 🙂

Such a fun, quick treat! I'll confess that I grew up loving strawberry Nesquick, but this is SO MUCH BETTER. My kids are already asking me to make it again!
