This slow cooker kheer looks so creamy. I am loving its saffron infusion. One of my favorite indian dessert during fasting. Nice pics.

THe Slow cooker javvarisi payasam looks fab. CAn this be replicated in an IP - same setings for time / quanity ?

    • magicalingrdnts says

It should be possible as Instant Pot has slow cook option, just make sure that it doesn't scorch at the bottom, may be add an extra tsp of ghee. Thanks for stopping by Kalyani

My all time favourite, sabudana or sago kheer. Always make it for fasting days. Have not tried making it in a slow cooker. Like the suggestion of adding condensed milk for more creaminess.

    • magicalingrdnts says

Adding condensed milk gives more creamier and easier dessert quickly. You'll love the easy recipe when you try it. Thanks Mayuri.
