This is the best nutrient rich bowl that would make your day perfect. This vegan smoothie bowl is loaded with proteins and nutrition from the fruits.

Looking for a great breakfast? In fact you landed on the right page. This smoothie bowl has the all-time everyone’s favorite flavors. Strawberries and bananas! This is the best one! This easy to make bowl would keep your hunger at bay, making your day start great.

The best smoothie bowls always start with frozen fruits. Adding frozen bananas and strawberries gives the smooth consistency and along with some cashews, this is the best creamy and tasty smoothie bowl. Any smoothie bowl always needs some liquid to blend it, keep in mind this should be minimum, else, it is going to be a smoothie and not a smoothie bowl. Juice, milk, or plant based milk are great to use.

These ingredients are needed to make this smoothie bowl:

Frozen strawberries - frozen strawberries work great as it makes the smoothie bowl creamy. When strawberries are in season, I freeze them. Frozen strawberries are also available in the frozen aisle.

Bananas - I have used a mix of fresh and frozen bananas, one each. The frozen ones add to the creaminess and the fresh ones help with blending. Frozen bananas alone can be used. This also acts as a natural sweetener.

Vegan protein powder - plant based protein powder fortifies the nutrition

Cashews - adds to the proteins as well as to the creamy texture

Almond milk - a little liquid is needed to blend the smoothie bowl ingredients. Any plant based milk, regular milk, or juice can be used. Keep in mind that sugar content increases when store bought juice is added.

    Is this easy to make?

Smoothie bowls are the easiest ones to make with a mix of fresh and frozen fruits/veggies. These healthy bowls are great for meals all through the day during summer, when you do not want to cook.

    Is this healthy?

Yes!!!! Loaded with fruits, nuts, and proteins, this smoothie bowl is a great healthy option for the family.
