    Peach Cheesecake Bombs

    Aug 12, 2023 · 3 Comments

These delicious peach cheesecake bombs burst with the flavors of fresh summer peaches satisfying the cravings for a peach cheesecake. This quick recipe is made with crescent roll dough and makes the easiest and tastiest dessert! It can be served for breakfast too!

Every year our peach tree is loaded with tons of fruits during summer. The juicy white peaches are sweetest and YUM! We love to snack on them as well as turn them into recipes. This No Churn White Peach ice cream and Peach Lassi are to die for and I love to use the juicy fruit in salads and smoothies, and iced teas. Here is one easy dessert that will give the satisfaction of cheesecake and a pastry.

      The following ingredients are required;

Cream cheese - Gives the cheesecake flavor and creaminess

      Powdered sugar - Sweetener

      Cinnamon - Adds flavor

Fresh peaches - Yellow or white peaches can be used

Graham crackers - Gives the cheesecake effect

      Cornstarch - Thickener

Crescent roll - Store bought dough is used in this recipe.

These cheesecake bombs are so easy to make! Fresh peaches are juicy and soft. They should be cooked or reduced a little so that the bombs will hold the shape. That takes about 5 minutes. Peach preserves can also be used and that makes it even easier and quicker. It takes about 9 minutes to bake these.

The powdered sugar glaze is optional, I would recommend this if you have a sweet tooth. Whether you dunk these bombs in it or just drizzle lightly, it sure sprinkles a little flavor magic. Plus the powdered sugar glaze is so easy to make.

I love using crescent rolls, this is a gift when you want to make something quick and easy. Not only for urgent meal ideas but also to entertain during holidays. You can make this Crescent Roll Samosa Wreath for a bigger crowd during holidays or make it in smaller portions for any day. Pesto Spirals and Chocolate Crescent Rolls are easy to make meals as well as sides (appetizer or dessert too). These Peach cheesecake bombs are following in line with the idea of easy and tasty recipes with crescent roll dough.

      Ingredients

      Crescent roll dough - 1 and a ½ cans

      Cream cheese - 4 tbsp

      Corn starch - 2 tbsp

      Cinnamon - ⅛ tsp

      Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp

      Peaches - 1 cup, chopped

Graham crackers - 9 tsp, crushed

      For the glaze

      Powdered sugar - ½ cup

      Water - 1 tsp

      Method

Cook the peaches, powdered sugar, cinnamon in a heavy bottomed pan for about five minutes until it thickens.

Add the peach mixture to cream cheese. Add corn starch and mix thoroughly.

Unwrap the crescent roll from the package, seam the cut edges, and cut into six portions. Do the same with the other pack.Scoop about one and half to two tablespoons of peach-cream cheese mixture. Then add a teaspoon of graham crackers.

Gather the ends and roll into a ball. Arrange it into the cavities of a well sprayed muffin pan.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Bake it for 9 minutes or until golden in color.

Remove from the oven and cool. Make the glaze by mixing water and powdered sugar. Pour or drizzle the glaze on the peach cheesecake bombs. Set aside for 5-10 minutes. Serve
