This high protein dill pickle dip is simpley delicious, so easy to make, and totally addicyive one to serve with veggies, chips, or bread!

      Why this dill pickle dip?

First of all this dip is So delicious with exploding flavors! This dip is tangy, salty, spicy, with crunchy texture which satistfies all your craving in one bite! Dill pickle lovers, this is one that you can't pass.

Next, this is a high protein dip. The cream cheese, Greek yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, and paneer combinations enhances the not only the flavor profile but also the nutrient profile. Packed with tons of proteins and calcium this dip is an easy and quick snack style meal too.

It is so easy to make. This dip uses the dill pckle relish and hence cuts down the chopping time. Easy and made in a few minutes of time is the way to have a fast fix for a quick craving! Not just a dip but a flavorful one with top notch flavors! Just assemble everything and you need a few minutes of prep time to chop herbs. That's it! There is no baking time.

This is also a crowd pleaser. I make this dip for many occasions, especially for game nights. Because it is easy and flavorful! Just serve with chips, pretzel, veggies etc for an easy appetizer. This dip has got your back even if you start at the last minute.

Now do you need any other reason? Let's move on to chekc the ingredents you'll need to make this delicious dip.

      Ingredients

This dip requires the following ingredients:

Cottage cheese - This recipe uses small curd cottage cheese. It adds tons of texture and flavor.

Cream cheese - Adds protein, nutrition, as well as forms the creamy base for the dip.

Greek yogurt - This boosts calcium and flavor. This is a substitute that I prefer to use instead of sour cream.

Shredded cheese - Although this recipe uses a mixture of cheddar and Jack cheese, you may use either or both in this recipe. Cheddar gives a great flavor. You may also try substituting with habanero jack or ghost pepper jack for that spicy kick.

Paneer - Creamy paneer adds a delicious flavor. Fresh or grated paneer works well. In case you do not have this, you may substitute with queso fresco.

Dill pickle relish - This is the falvor factor in this dip. A generous amount of this gives that characteristic tang, saltiness that you crave for!

Bread and butter chips - A little bit of this on the sweeter side balances the flavors.

Herbs - dill is a must as it gives the characteristic flavor. I use either cilatro or parsley depending on what I have on hand.A little green onion adds crunch as well as flavor.

Garlic - fresh chopped garlic is a key flavor ingredient. you mau also substtute with garlic powder or store bought minced garlic.

Salt and pepper - gives flavor

Jalapeno - adds texture as well as flavor kick. You may replace with spicy peppers if you want to amp up the heat.

      Serving Suggestions

This dip is versatile. I serve this with chips and veggies. Sweet peppers and carrots are my favorite ones to have with dip. Pita chips, potato, or even pretzel will work great with this recipe.

      Storage

This easy dill pickle dip can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. I serve the ledtovers for anotehr day snack.

You may also use any leftovers in quick sandwiches as a spread. Yet another way I use this is for making grilled cheese. I lovethe flavor it imparts to grilled cheese for a tasty yet comforting makeover meal.

Usually I think of dill pickle dip with Ruffles, but this recipe is amazing, so much more complex! I love the veggie crudités with it.
