These golden baked artichoke spinach rolls are a warm and cheesy twist on the classic dip in a soft bread form!

    About these artichoke spinach rolls

These rolls are your favorite Spinach Artichoke dip in bread form that is easy to serve and enjoy! All the favorite flavors in one form! If you love the classic dip based foods - Artichoke Baby Greens Dip, Fried Artichoke Spinach Cheese Balls etc, then these rolls are for you!

These artichoke spinach rolls are great for any occasion like potluck, gameday, holiday, cozy evenings, family or friends gettogethers. A crowd pleasing dip in the roll form will always be loved and you might need to make multiple batches.

irrespective of age group, everyone love these rolls. They are super soft and comforting!

Extra nutrients from spinach and artichoke are sneaked in easily if you have a picky eater. Spinach is rich in iron, folate, and vitamin K, supporting energy levels and bone health, while artichokes provide fiber and antioxidants that aid digestion and gut health. The combination of mozarella and cream cheeses adds protein and calcium, helping with bone and muscle support. These cheesy rolls are craveworthy!

You can customize these rolls - adjust the spice level, swap the spinach for any other greens, make it more cheesy or less, or even make it vegan.

    Ingredients

You will need the following ingredients to make these comforting tasty artichoke spinach rolls.

All purpose flour - forms the base of the rolls giving structure to the soft and tender bread

    Salt - gives flavor

Sugar - to activate the yeast quickly

Garlic - adds aroma and flavor

Black pepper and chili flakes - packs a punch flavor. You may adjust the quantity as per your spice tolerance.

Artichoke hearts - This recipe uses artichoke hearts marinated in oil. These add flavor and fiber to these rolls.

Spinach - the nutrition powerhouse enhancing the flavor as well as nutrition profile.

Cream cheese - adds protein, calcium, and flavor

Mozarella cheese - Adds to the addictive cheese flavor, perfectly pairs with the artichoke and spinach flavor combination.

Butter - gives softness and tenderness to the bread

Milk - gives flavor and adds softness to the bread

Dill and parsley - adds aroma and flavor.

    Serving Suggestions

I serve these rolls woth soup and salads. They are great with Mediterranean style pasta or pasta salads. It is simply amazing with this Pearl Couscous Salad, Simple Tomato Soup, or Lemon Garlic Pasta.

These rolls are amazing as such. Just gobble! Therefore it is great for any occasion. Bake a batch for your gameday and these would be gone in a flash.

    Storage

I store leftovers in the fridge for four to five days. When needed, I warm them in the oven and serve.

Radha, I must admit I have yet to buy and taste artichokes. I see the veg often in the supermarket but don't buy it as I have no idea how it will taste. I think artichoke hearts in oil is a good place to begin the exploration. Rolls look so tempting.

True! I want to use the fresh ones always, but settle in the marinated ones often. They are delicious and I can guarantee that you'll love it and this bread too. Thanks Mayuri!
