    Cheese Stuffed Garlic Rolls

    These cheese stuffed garlic rolls are soft, golden rolls bursting with gooey cheese with a generous buttery garlic spread, baked to perfection! Each bite is warm, melty comfort!

    Why you should bake these rolls?

    These soft, fluffy rolls filled with molten cheese are the ultimate cozy treat. Totally Iresistible! That cheese pull? Instant happiness to the power of infinity! It is not surprising if you might want to gobble it as such. It is simply delicious!

    The rich garlic-butter glaze on top and in the cheese mixture adds aroma, flavor, and that crave-worthy taste.

    These rolls are loved by everyone. Serve these for parties, family dinners, or game nights, they disappear fast!

    These rolls are also versatile that you can pair with anything. Endless possibilities - serve with pasta, soup, or salad… or just enjoy them as a cheesy snack on their own.

    Add your own flavor twist. Stuff with mozzarella, cheddar, or even spicy pepper jack; add herbs or chili flakes for your twist. In every possible way this is totally delicious.

    Ingredients

    To make these addictive cheese stuffed garlic rolls, you will require the following ingredients:

    All purpose flour

    Active dry yeast

    Water

    Butter

    Salt

    Sugar

    Milk

    Garlic

    Cilantro/Parsley

    Cheese cubes

    Parmesan

    Serving Suggestions

    These rolls are so comforting with that cheese pull and flavor. They are great to serve with anything - soupd, pasta, or salads. Or serve as such.

    These are best when served warm for the cheese pull effect. However, they are tasty at room temperature too.

    Serve them for this holiday dinner! They make the occasion even more festive and fun!

    Storage

    If you plan to eat them within a day, keep the rolls in an airtight container or wrap them in foil at room temperature for up to a day. My best suggestion is to keep it refrigerated as it has cheese stuffed. I store leftovers in an airtight container for up to3 days. The rolls may firm up a bit, but will soften when reheated. Warm in an over or air fryer.

    Cheese Stuffed Garlic Rolls

    These cheese stuffed garlic rolls are soft, golden rolls bursting with gooey cheese with a generous buttery garlic spread and baked to perfection!

    Ingredients

    For the bread

    • 3 cups All purpose flour
    • 6 tbsp Butter room temperature
    • 1 cup Milk warm
    • 1½ tbsp Sugar
    • 1½ tsp Salt
    • 2¼ tsp Active dry yeast

    For garlic cheese stuffing

    • 2 tbsp Butter room temperature
    • 54 chunks cheese, pepper jack or cheddar 1-in cubes
    • 1 tsp Parsley dried
    • 3 tbsp Cilantro/parsley chopped
    • 4 tbsp garlic finely chopped

    For garlic butter brushing

    • 2 tbsp Butter room temperature
    • 1 tbsp Parley/Cilantro finely chopped
    • ½ tsp Parley dried
    • 1½ tsp Parmesan Grated
    • 2 tsp Garlic finely chopped

    Instructions

    • Activate the yeast. Add the ingredients listed under bread into the bread machine and set it on dough cycle until it doubles in size. This can be dome manually too.
    • In the meantime, mix the butter, garlic, parsley, cilantro in a bowl to make the garlicky cheese filling.
    • Add this to the cheese cubes and coat well. Set aside.
    • Once the dough has doubled in size, punch and knead the dough. Divide it inot 18 equal portions.
    • Take a portion of dough and gently roll into a 4-inch disc. Place 3 cubes of cheese. Gather the ends and close the seam.
    • Repeat with all the dough portions and place the seam side down on a 13x9 baking dish. Cover and let it for 40 minutes.
    • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
    • Brush with milk. Bake for 22-23 min.
    • In the meantime, combine the ingredients listed under brushing.
    • Remove the rolls from the oven, generously brush the cheese-garlic-butter mixture and bake for 5 minutes.
    • Remove from the oven and cool slightly.
    • Serve warm with soups, pasta, and salads.
