Gandana waffles are simple and tasty savory waffles made with Afghani leeks. They can be served with yellow lentil stew and or yogurt. They make absolutely comforting brunch or dinner. With chive flavor, these waffles are great with soups too.

Method
Add everything and make waffle batter.
Preheat the waffle iron and make waffles. I use in setting 4.
Serve hot with lentil stew/ yogurt.
