    scarlet sunrise platter

Fruit selection for this scarlet sunrise platter:

Strawberries: Fresh and juicy, strawberries add a burst of sweetness.

Raspberries: Tart and flavorful, these little berries pack a punch.

Watermelon: nothing beats the crisp and refreshing on a perfect hot day.

Red Grapes: Sweet and succulent, great for snacking.

Pomegranate: Jewels of the fruit world, adding a lovely crunch.

Cherries: Sweet and juicy, one of my summer favorite perfectly matches this platter.

Dragon Fruit (Red Flesh): Exotic and visually stunning, with a mild, sweet taste is a perfect fruit to feature in the platter.

Plums: Soft and juicy, adding a different texture to the platter.

You may add Blood Oranges for a vibrant and tangy, citrusy note or Red Apples for a crisp and slight tang, providing a nice contrast.

Grenadine Syrup, Sour cherry juice, and Lemon juice - These make the sweet drizzle with a tang that elevates the flavor of this fruit salad.

    Serving Suggestion

Serving chilled is the way I love for the best experience. Ensure the fruits are well-chilled before serving for maximum refreshment. If you are making it ahead, you cut cut the fruits, make the drizzle, and store them in air tight containers. When needed you could mix and serve.

    Storage

If you have leftovers, store it in the refrigerator for a couple of days. The fruits soaked in the special dressing tastes yum! Just serve it out straight. These are best for next day dessert.
