This is an incredibly tasty salad that is healthy too! With season’s best pear, persimmons, pomegranates whip up this easy and delicious salad. The divine maple ginger dressing and the candied pecans makes it even more addictive!

I have used Millican Pecans. Candied pecans are easier to make and make a wonderful salad topping. Millican pecans are the best in flavor and click here to buy Milican Pecans with a discount.
This is a healthy salad and a best way to use the seasonal produce. It takes only a few minutes to make this salad. The time taken will be only for slicing the pear snd persimmon. If you have pomegranate arils on hand, it saves time! Or just a couple more minutes!

December is National Pear Month. It's such a delicious winter ingredient. They're great baked or raw, poached or stuffed. We share Recipes From Our Dinner Table! Pear is an amazing fruit snd we love the varieties of pear in many recipes. Butterscotch pears or apple pears are great in this Pear Dumplings. Bartlett or Bosc pears are great for these delicious Eggless Pear Almond Mini Loaves and Vegan Pear Ginger Muffins. Persimmons are equally favorite one to gobble up. Teamed with praline pecans, this Eggless Persimmon, Ginger, Praline Pecan Bread shouldn’t be missed at all.

    Ingredients
    Serves 2 to 4
Mixed greens - 3 cups, loosely packed
    Bartlett pear - 1, sliced
    Persimmon- 2, sliced
    Pomegranate arils - 3 to 4 tbsp
    Candied pecans - 10-12
    For the dressing
    Orange juice - 2 tbsp
    Maple syrup - 2 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp
    Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
    Salt - 1/4 tsp
Fresh ginger - 1/2 tsp, grated fine
    Method
Add the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl, whisk and set aside.

In a bowl, add the greens, then layer with sliced pears and persimmons. Sprinkle the pomegranate arils and candied pecans.
Drizzle the dressing and serve immediately.
