This three ingredient avocado smoothie is creamy, refreshing, and naturally nutritious with buttery and velvety texture. This smoothie is perfect for breakfast or for any afternoon snack.

    About avocado smoothie

Avocado smoothie, a delicious and creamy one isn't complicated at all to make. Its only three ingredients and just blend them for a nutritious meal or snack. This is often enjoyed in our home.

A thick and creamy beverage made from fruit with either dairy or non-dairy products blended together is a healthier way to begin a day. Ripe avocados give buttery flavor while adding to the creaminess.

There is no hard and fast rule when coming to making smoothies. Just play around with the dairy or non-dairy milk or yogurt choices, and a couple of fruits (fresh or frozen) for a filling breakfast or a snack. You make i once, and it I can guaranteed that this silky smooth drink will become a regular one in your menu.

This is also a great way of making the pickier ones have the fruit(s) which they dislike. Smoothies are delicious and nutritious and should be a choice to substitute a meal during this shelter in place/lockdown situations. The benefits are you get your share of nutrition and you can manage on using the fresh or frozen fruits that are at your hand without stepping outside. This avocado smoothie is so simple and filling meal to substitute any elaborate meals that help to maintain our health and managing weight. Just try making once.

Since avocado is bland, I add some sugar. You can alternate it with a banana. Or add a splash of vanilla. Top with some chopped nuts of your choice. Want to make it more creamier, reduce the milk by a cup. It is easy to customize it based on your needs.

    Ingredients

This three ingredient avocado smoothie requires:

Avocado - ripe avacodas are the best in this recipe. Avocados add a creamy, velvety, and rich texture to the smoothie.

Milk - Whole milk gives rich taste and texture. You can 2% or plant based milk too.

Sugar - Sweetens the smoothie. You can use alternative sweeteners too.

    Serving Suggestions

Whether you are looking for a breakfast, post workout drink, or a snack this avocado smoothie is the best call.

    Storage

This smoothie is best as soon as it is made. Avocados tend to oxodoze and change color. If you have any leftovers, pour in a airtight container filling it to the top, close tightly and use with in 24 hours.
