    Cheerios and Cinnamon Smoothie

    Mar 7, 2021 · 1 Comment

This smoothie is a great breakfast. Cereal isn't just to eat from a bowl. They could be used in multiple ways. I love the yummy snack bars and snack mixes that I make with unsweetened cereals. Sweetened ones can be used to make great desserts. I love having my bowl of cereal with milk in morning. But sometimes, you may be on the go and would like it in a smoothie form that nourishes and satisfies the hunger. Adding fruits make it healthier. I make these kind during summer when yo don't want to cook. These smoothies are a real treat to beat the heat. They are great on the go, or to sip relaxed. Also, in smaller portions they are great as in-between snack.

Any kind of cereal can be used to make cereal smoothies. Likewise any milk can be used. Most of the time I use plant based milk for smoothies. For any smoothies. I have used the regular cheerios and used maple syrup. Maple syrup and cinnamon adds a touch of special flavor to this smoothie. Feel free to play around your cereals, fruits, and milk and enjoy these smoothies.
