    This vibrant melon dragonfruit berry smoothie blends into a refreshing, tropical burst of flavor and color.

    Summer is the perfect time to make this sweetener-free melon dragon fruit berry smoothie that isn’t just vibrant in color, but boasts a rich variety of nutrients and antioxidants, and is an explosion of berry bursts and sweet mango! 

    This 6-fruit smoothie is naturally sweet and just creamy enough to feel like a smoothie, but tastes exactly like a cold refreshing slushie. It’s perfect for any potluck on a hot day, or even just a relaxing afternoon in your backyard. Besides– it keeps you hydrated and refreshed while also boosting your immune health with antioxidants and providing you with nutrients repackaged in the tastiest drink– there’s simply no reason not to try it!

    Ingredients

    To make this delicious and healthy melon dragonfruit berry smoothie the following ingredients are required:

    Melon - Fresh watermelon is one the best thirst quencher and is used in this recipe.

    Dragonfruit - frozen pink pitaya is used in this recipe. Fresh fruit can also be used. 

    Berries - Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries are the berries used in this recipe. They add to the color, flavor, and creamy texture. Fresh berries are used in this recipe. Frozen ones can also be used.

    Mangoes - Fresh mangoes add to the sweetness of the smoothie.

    No Sweetener

    This smoothie doesn’t have any sweetener at all. The fruits are the natural sweeteners. The sweetness was perfect for us. If an even sweet version is preferred, and your choice of sweetener.

    Is this recipe vegan?

    This melon dragonfruit berry smoothie is also vegan. There is no milk or honey used in this recipe. Maple syrup or vegan friendly sugar can be used if a sweetener is preferred.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Watermelon cubed
    • 12 oz Dragon fruit cubes frozen
    • ½ cup Mangoes peeled and cubed
    • 5 or 6 Strawberries
    • ¼ cup Blueberries
    • 10 Raspberries 

    For Garnish

    • Mango cubes
    • Mint

    Instructions

    • Add everything to the blender, and blend until smooth. 
    • Transfer to serving glasses. Top with a tablespoon of finley chopped mangoes. Garnish with mint and serve.

      Wow, the colour of the smoothie is certainly vibrant and so tempting. What a wonderful cooling, refreshing and filling summer treat. This summer dragonfruit berry smoothie is a must. Like that no milk or yogurt is used.
