These feta potato swirls are soft and fluffy rolls with a creamy mix of potatoes and tangy feta filling with a tender crust and comforting flavors.

      About these feta potato swirls

Why? Because they are simply tasty and comforting! It is a meal in a roll, but a memorable one.

First, the texture is unbeatable-soft, fluffy bread on the outside with a smooth, creamy potato filling inside. Since you can use pantry staple flour potatoes and cheese, you can make these for any day, for any occassion. This recipe uses tangzhong technique and that yields soft and pillowy rolls guaranteed to vanish quickly.

I love these rolls as such and with Muhammara. It is simply amazing! This makes a great savory breakfast or snack! Serve these for dinner along with a salad or soup, your family will empty these rolls happily.
