To make the tangzhong: Mix the flour, milk, and water without any lumos. cook for 2 minutes to make a rue.
To the bread machine add butter, buttermilk, sugar, salt, butter, the tangzhong from above. Knead to a smooth dough on dough cycle and let it prove for an hour until it is doubled.
To make the filling - add potato, herbs, garlic, black pepepr, chili flakes, feta cheese, and salt. Mix and set aside.
Once doubled, punch and knead the dough. Roll into a 18x12 inch rectangle. Spread the mixture evenly. Cut into 12 one and a half inch strips. Roll each strip into a coil, place them in a prepared baking dish. Cover and set aside for 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle sesame seeds
Preheat the oven to 375℉
To make the garlic butter: Mix butter, herb, garlic, pinch of salt and pepper thoroughly ina bowl.
Bake the rolls for 27-28 min at 375℉. remove from the oven and spread garlic herb butter. cool completely.
Serve with salads, dips etc.
