    Slow Cooker Apple Butter

    Sep 20, 2021 · Leave a Comment

This is an easy apple butter recipe! Are you thinking apples mixed in butter? Well, no! Apple butter is a cooked down smooth apples flavored with cinnamon. Simply, apple preserves or apple jam! Tasty and delicious screaming fall season! This is a vegan recipe too!
This apple butter is not only perfect with toasts or bagels or roti for breakfast. They can be used in many other recipes like in muffins, cookies, or in marinades. Sounds amazing right?
I love fall season! Apples, pumpkins, cinnamon….the inviting and addictive aroma is enough to welcome you home, when you make this apple butter in slow cooker, you can appreciate it more. Just fill everything in and let the slow cooker do all the work for you. When you are back, the entire home is filled with the aroma of apples and cinnamon. As if a pie is all ready to be out of the oven! Amazing! I love that moment. Also, for this I dont peel the apples, once it is cooked down, it is pureed, so it works fine for me. I fyou want to use peeled apples, that works too!

Any apples can be used. As it is puréed in the end. The softer ones works amazing but a mixture off apples can also be used, this time, one of my friends apple trees were full and got a huge amount of apples from their harvest. After enjoying as such, we made muffins, crisps, cookies. We made a big batch of apple butter too. It is an easy easy to preserve the produce and enjoy fir a longer time. This slow cooker recipe makes it even easier as you don’t need to stand for cooking ir stirring.

This is my post for #MulticookerMonday. Sue Lau of Palatable Pastime is hosting the #multicookermonday. We can use electric pressure cookers like Instant pot (small electric appliances) and make the recipe for this event, If you would like to join, please check out the Facebook Page. Multicooker Monday is a friendly food blogging group where we get together on the third Monday of the month to post recipes for the multicooker: instant pot or pressure cooker, slow cooker, air fryer, sous vide, or other cooking devices with no theme; anything goes!

I am also linking this to Sundays on Silverado and Inspire me Monday.
