About this gochujang garlic flower bread

Fisrt of all, the flavors - it is bold and irresistible. Tons of garlic, cheese, and gocujang in gochujang infused petals is simply out of the world. Each petal pulls apart easily revealing the flavor and adding spicy kick in the buttery soft bread.

Next, it's shape. The blooming flower shape provides a visual stunning effect in addition to the vibrabt color of gochujang in the bread dough. This loaf gives a different vibe to your table. Add this flower to your Spring family get togethers.

This bread uses tangzhong technique and that gives a softer crumb to the bread. Totally addictive with the flavor combinations.

The pull aprt style of thie gochujang garlic flower with each garlicky, cheesy, vibrant petal is fun as well as attractive. It is a flavor experience and memory creation process.

This loaf is great as an appetizer, snack, or with soups and salads! What are you waiting for? Make this right away!

To make this centerpiece gochujang garlic flower pull apart bread, you will require the following ingredients:

    How many flowers?

This recipe yields one big flower or two to three smaller ones depending on the size of the pan you choose and the number of flowers you choose to make. You can make it as a single petal layer flower or a multi petal one depending on the choice of serving.

    Serving Suggestions

This gochujang garlic flower is great to serve a snack style meal with dips of your choice. It is great as such too. The garlic and cheese in the bread doesn't need any extra dipping sauce. However try serving these with ranch. It is just YUM!

Set this on the appetizer table for an event and it will be the best pull apart bread appetizer that you will ver want to be in your menu. This flower is great one to add to your Spring parties.

    Storage

I store leftovers of this gochujang garlic flower bread in the refrigerator. I warm them in the oven or short blitzes in microwave and serve it warm along with soup, salad, or as a snack. You can also freeze these rolls in an tirtight ziploc bag.
