Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- ¾ cup Cherry quartered
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter melted
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2½ tbsp Cocoa Powder
- ¾ Cup apples chopped
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Almond flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1½ tbsp chocolate chips
- ⅔ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp Vanilla
Garnish
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 3 cherries pitted, quartered
- Chocolate dessert sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉
- Grind apples, half cup oats, quarter cup cherries with quarter cup milk.
- Add the remaining dry ingredients and the wet ingredients together and mix.
- Fold in the remaining cherries and the chocolate chips.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350℉
- Remove from the oven and cool.
- Garnish with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve.
