    This mango pear ginger and carrot smoothie is a vibrant smoothie blend of the tropical sweetness of mango, the mellow flavor of pear, the earthiness of carrot, and a zing of fresh ginger!

    A note about this smoothie

    This mango pear ginger and carrot smoothie is a flavor blend of fresh fruits and veggies that boosts with the goodness of all natural ingredients making it a perfect drink for anytime hunger/cravings.

    The foremost reason to make this is that it is packed with nutrients. It is a good source of vitamins and minerals from the fruits and carrot also boosts with the carotene content.

    Mango is rich in vitamin A and hence more beneficial for eye and skin health. Further, its higher vitamin C  boosts immunity. Pear provides vitamin C, potassium, and antioxidants. In addition, it is also a great source of dietary fiber, especially pectin, which supports gut health. The benefits of carrot is well known. It is packed with beta-carotene which supports vision and immunity. Carrots are provide fiber and are low in calories. Last but not the least, ginger has Natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It supports digestion by stimulating gastric juices and easing bloating boosting metabolism..

    The combination of the fruits and veggies in this smoothie not only is perfect in flavor, but also lends an amazing color and creaminess to this smoothie.

    This doesn't take too long to prepare. All you need is five minutes to prep the fruits and veggies. Once it is ready, just blend and serve. This is so easy, even kids can make!

    I received samples in the process of developing recipes and the opinions that are expressed in this post are my own. This recipe uses Melissa's Produce mangoes, carrots, and Asian pears in this recipe. The carrots and the fruits were very sweet and this smoothie is all natural. Naturally Sweet!

    Ingredients

    You will need the following ingredients to make this delicious smoothie:

    Mango - provides natural sweetness and is rich in vitamins A and C.

    Pear - adds a mellow, juicy base and fiber for digestion.

    Carrot  - brings earthy depth and beta-carotene for healthy skin and eyes.

    Ginger - adds a zesty kick and is known for its anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits.

    Servings: 3 - 4 servings

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups Mangoes cubed
    • 1 cup Asian pear cubed
    • ½ inch Ginger
    • 1 cup Carrot sliced
    • 1 cup ice cubes

    Instructions

    • Add everything to the blender and blend to a smooth consistency.
    • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

      Can't say no this glass of goodness. So yum and love this concept of trying recipes from movies. Long back I used to try similar recipes from Tamil novels like Ponniyin selvan but stopped. Recently started digging ancient Tamil books especially sangam period for recipes. Let's see. 🙂
