    Pepper Cumin Broccoli

    Dec 6, 2021 · Leave a Comment

This broccoli curry is the most easiest to make. The broccoli florets are sauteed in ghee and flavored with pepper and cumin powder. This is ready in 10-11 minutes from start to finish.

This curry can be quickly prepared and can come in handy to pack a healthy side for lunch. This is an amazing snack too! We love it as a snack and as a side too! The following recipe could be a snack for a person (if you are like me) or it can be served as a side for two.
The broccoli florets can be blanched and then sauteed too! I like pan sauteeing in cast-iron pan with a crisp tender texture. Plus, it has a beautiful color too!

The pepper cumin powder gives a distinct flavor to this curry. The recipe for the powder is here, and I recommend to have this handy as it can add immense flavor to any dish. This adds to immunity building too. Thos broccoli curry made in ghee and with the pepper cumin powder is a perfect choice to feed a gathering too! Take my word, even people who call this veggie as "tree" too would love to eat this. That's the magic of ghee and the pepper cumin. For a vegan version oil can be used, but ghee gives a definite depth to it. Coconut oil can be another vegan alternative with tons of flavor.

I am linking this to Blogging Marathon, Sundays on Silverado, and Happiness is Homemade.

Here are a few dry curries from the blog that are heavenly like this broccoli curry.
