Salt - balances the flavors.
Brown sugar - This recipe uses organic brown sugar as the sweetener. You may substitute with sugar instead.
Oil - Any neutral flavored oil will work in this recipe.

How long does it take to make these muffins?

Storage
This recipe makes about 12 regular muffins. You can store these muffins at room temperature for a couple days. If you refrigerate, these muffins will stay fresh for 4-5 days in the refrigerator. Pop in the oven or microwave for a couple of minutes to serve it warm.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup plus 2 tbsp Whole wheat flour
- ⅓ Cup Milk powder
- ⅓ Cup Thandai powder (RECIPE HERE)
- ¾ Cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Flaxseed powder
- ⅓ Cup Oil
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ¾ cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup White chocolate chips
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 ℉
- Mix the flaxseed powder in milk and set aside to gel.
- In a bowl, add the whole wheat flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, nonfat dry milk powder, and Thandai mix. Mix and set aside.
- To another bowl, add the oil, flaxseed mixture, brown sugar, vanilla.
- Pour this on to the dry ingredients. Mix quickly.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Scoop into lined muffin tray
- Bake for 16 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 15 minutes. Serve at room temperature or warm.
