    Paneer Burji Swirl Bread

    Dec 18, 2021 · 6 Comments

This is the ultimate soft bread you are looking for that is easy to make! The paneer Burji filling inside will make this addictive to whether you are a paneer lover or not! This sure is a super hit with kids!
This can be made easily! There is no way that you could go wrong with it. Make the dough if you have time or use store- bought pizza dough (should make 2-14-in). Or any type of bread can be used to make this.

This is very versatile one! Flavors of the filling ca. Be changed to though paneer is always a super loved one! Also shape it in your way to make it in a different way! This is spiral, like a  snail shell. Braid the strips or make a lattice and enjoy this in your way.

The added mozzarella, cream, and almond powder make this even more creamy, dreamy, cheesy, and delicious! There’s no doubt about that! I am linking this to Bakeathon  and Blogging Marathon.
This bread is very delicious just like this Roasted Garlic Focaccia. Cheesy Hatch Chili and Ricotta sauce Pineapple Pizza, Double Cheese Stuffed Crust Taco Pizza are amazing ones to enjoy!
    Ingredients
    All-purpose flour - 3 cups
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Sugar - 1 tsp
Active dry teast - 2 and 1/4 tsp
    Olive oil - 2 tbsp
    Water - 1 cup, plus 2 tbsp
    For the filling
    Paneer burji - 1 cup
    Cream - 2 tbsp
    Almond flour - 2 tbsp
Shredded mozarella cheese - 3/4 cup
    For brushing
    Olive oil - 1 tbsp
    Garlic - 1 clove, minced
Cilantro - 1 tbsp, chopped fine
    Cayenne - 1/4 tsp
    Method
Activate the yeast in warm water with sugar. Add the flour, salt, olive oil, and activated yeast. Knead to dough and let it rise for an hour or until doubled. This can be made in bread machine or manually.

Once the dough is proved, punch and knead a couple of times. Roll in to a 20X12 rectangle.
Divide into 3 strips. Divide the filling equally and spread in the middle of the three strips. Close each strip by folding the ends shaping in to a log.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a baking sheet with liner or cornmeal, take one strip and begin coiling. Add the next strip at the end of one strip and continue coiling. Repeat with the next.

    Rest for 30 minutes.

Bake for 14-16 minutes, until the top turns golden and the bread is hollow at the bottom. If the inside temperature is 195 to 200 degrees F, the bread is done.
In the meantime mix finely minced garlic, cilantro, cayenne, and olive oil. Brush on top of the bread as soon as it is taken out of the oven.

Transfer to cooling rack. Cool completely. Slice and serve
