Zucchini and Paneer Balls / Bonda

    Nov 18, 2020 · Leave a Comment

Generally, bondas are made with legumes, or with veggies dipped in a legume batter and are shaped like a ball. This zucchini bonda or balls is an instant vada version and doesn't require any soaking or grinding work. It's easy to make it in under 30 minutes. It has low carbs as it is made with nuts, paneer, and zucchini. It can be served as a snack, or just serve with salad and make a complete meal. It is packed with nutrition and flavor and is perfect for any festival feast. This recipe is no onion no garlic version, and a perfect neivedhyam to God.

I am posting this recipe for Blogging marathon #118 under the A-Z Neivedhyam recipes. Check here to know what others are making.
