Thai tea ice cream is a rich, creamy frozen dessert inspired by the classic Thai iced tea. With its characteristic bold black tea flavor with hints of vanilla and warm spices, and with the sweetness of condensed milk, this ice unique ice cream is the perfect any time dessert.

    About Thai tea ice cream

This Thai tea ice cream is creamy, dreamy, and infused with the bold flavors of Thai tea! You would totally fall in love with the bold color and flavor of this ice cream. When the temperature shoots up, this frozen tea ice cream would be perfect and refreshing.

I recreated the ice cream after I have had this ice cream in T4 with coffee jelly and mochi toppings. Such an addictive flavor! But the ice cream has crystals in it. For a perfect creamy texture, I use more heavy cream. This gives the perfect creamy texture that I love.

This can be made with just four ingredients - Thai tea, water, heavy cream, and condensed milk. Once the tea is made, just mix everything and churn, freeze. That easy!

Combining the iconic sweet tea flavor in this frozen treat, that is easy to make, this is a crowd pleaser. Make it for any day or occassion.

This comforting treat is easily customizable. Add your favorite toppings and make it yours!

    Ingredients

To make this delicious ice cream, you will need the following ingredients:

Thai tea - rich and bold black tea with a hint of vanilla and warm spices, this Thai tea gives a unique flavor to this ice cream.

Heavy cream - provides the creamy base for the ice cream.

Water - to brew the tea.

Condensed milk - adds to the richness and sweetens the ice cream.

    Serving Suggestion

This ice cream is perfect to serve in cups or cones. Set up a station for dessert with this ice cream and favorite toppings like chocolate chips, boba, coffee jelly, cookies etc. Guests can make their own dessert.

    Storage

I recommend storing this in the freezer until use as this is a frozen dessert.

Every season calls for a perfect delicious scoop of frozen treat. Whether it is ice cream of frozen yogurt, the yummy comfort doesn;t need words to explain, especially in summer. This Thai tea ice cream has a different flavor profile like the Caramel Popcorn Cluster Icecream. I love these ice creams just like our regular seasonal fruit based Mango Icecream or Musk Melon Ice Cream.
