    Peppermint Ice Cream

    Jan 11, 2022 · 10 Comments

This is the most super delicious icecream of the season! Holidays call for peppermint flavors and this eggless icecream is a regular one in our home.Serve this as such or Cake and for sure this will make everyone go for second helpings. This would be the most delicious dessert for kids as well as adults.
Kids love candy canes and an icecream made with those delicious candycanes will make kids go nuts! Kidding! They would devour it before you know! This is the bestholiday treat!
This recipe uses regular (red and white) candy canes and not the flavored and colored ones. Big ones or smaller ones can be used in the recipe. The canes are crushed and added so it doesn't matter which one is used, but adjust the count of candy canes for the quantity of  crushed ones.
Peppermint extract is used in this recipe to give the extra boost of flavor! Make sure to check the extract when you buy. Peppermint and spearmint extracts may have the mint but the flavors would be altered. The classic peppermint flavor will be gone if you use spearmint and it would be flavored like a bubble gum. Make sure to get the right extract.

There is no resaon that you shouldn't enjoy a scoop or... a bowl of icecream just because it is winter. Icecream is an addictive dessert fit all through the year. Icecreams can be made in different flavors to fit the season and season's best produce. Like this White Peach Icecream (this is a no churn easy recipe!), Mango Icecream, and Musk Melon Icecream are amazing icecreams screaming summer! Icecreams need not be made with fruits alone. Anything can be whipped into a delicious dessert. This Caramel Popcorn Cluster Icecream is one to die for! Like this Thai Tea Icecream made with Thai tea that can be enjoyed any time of the year. Likewise, this peppermint icecream is the one best fit for holidays/winter!
This icecream can be serves as such. Pair it with this eggless Chocolate Cake or Eggless Peppermint Cake for ultimate desserts. This icecream can be sandwiched in this Eggless Triple Peppermint Cookie for an ultimate frozen peppermint dessert! A perfect one peppermint lovers!

Holidays are the best season and food is the main thing that makes entertaining guests! It is also important to have special meals with family! Be it a cookie, nuts, appetizer, main, or dessert, food brings memories and it is important to make some more. This Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate would be the best one to sip and watch a movie with family! This gluten-free, vegan Cereal Chivda and Butterscotch, Cereal and Pretzel Snacks are amazing as munchies for the whole family! These are some of amazing holiday treats other than cookies. This peppermint icecream is a best holiday treat as well as dessert and I am sharing this for this week's Blogging Marathon for the same theme! This has to be the best use of all the candy canes lying down in our pantry. We have so many candy canes from holidays and this ice cream was so delicious.
