    Hot Cocoa Mix

One thing common for everyone during the cold season - sip a cup of hot cocoa reading a book or watching a movie. Boiling the milk, adding the chocolates, simmering it with vanilla....its delicious. But it is good to have a mix now and then for a quick cup of cocoa. Adding a cup of hot or boiling water to make delicious cocoa suits perfect when watching movie. In that way, you don't lose much of the movie or you don't have to pause for a long time while waiting to make. Every one needs a break and have fun. So it is a perfect gift to near and dear families. Especially, during the holidays it comes in handy. It is very simple to make a mix. Milk powder, cocoa powder, and sugar is all you need to make. I have changed to brown sugar to make it a little better. Also, it is a great idea for a holiday gift basket. You can make the gift package according to the necessary amounts. I made as half cup mix packs, so it makes 2 cups of hot cocoa.
