Chocolate with dry fruits and nuts - in short, is my little heaven. I love the version with the white chocolates too. Though I am shifting to dark chocolate, the flavor of milk and white chocolate is addictive to me. I tasted the lime and white chocolate bar from Swiss, and still, the taste lingers in my mouth. When the ingredients for #improvCookingChallenge for December 2020 were, chocolate and citrus, I was on cloud nine. I decided to make the fruit and nuts bark with lime and white chocolate. This is the perfect treat for the holiday season. They look pretty and make good edible gifts too.
It's not hard to make. Very simple enough that anyone can make and enjoy in a short time. The hardest part is the waiting time for the chocolate to set (though it is not a day or so, only 30 minutes). Well, it's hard for me as I love this and had a thought that I should make sure to save the entire batch for myself...hahaha....just joking, I love to share and enjoy the moment building memories and cherishing them.
The #ImprovCookingChallenge is a monthly blogging event where two ingredients are assigned to a month. Bloggers can make any recipe they like as long as it features the two ingredients.
