    Strawberry Salsa

    Apr 15, 2022 · Leave a Comment

This is a delicious fruit salsa made with strawberries of course! This is a vegan salsa that is sweet, salty, savory, spicy and this medley of flavors is YUM always.

I received samples in the process of developing recipes and the opinions expressed are mine alone.

Melissa's Produce key limes tasted the best. They gave the perfect flavor lift to the salsa. These key limes are perfect for salads as well as desserts too.

This is a no-cook easy fruit salsa. Soon the market is going to be flooded with strawberries. It is already there. This salsa is a wonderful way to serve strawberries. I love these with sweet strawberries too. The sweetness from the strawberries adds to the magical flavor. If in case the strawberries are not that sweet, this salsa would come in hand to use those strawberries without loading up the empty sugar calories.
This salsa needs only a few ingredients and no fancy equipment needed. The time taken is only the time taken to chop the strawberries. I would suggest fine chopping as it is easier to scoop the salsa and will release a lot of flavor juice. But it is a personal preference. Jalapenos give a mild heat to this salsa. Any pepper of your choice can be used for the heat according to the heat level preference too.
This yummy salsa would be loved by everyone. Kids to adults, strawberry is a fruit that is loved by everyone and this salsa is great to be served at parties too. This will be the choice for the kids. This salsa is one of my choice for entertaining guests. The salsa can be a choice to be served in charcuterie boards.

Salsa doesn't have to be made with tomatoes, though it is popular in our home too. This Tropical salsa  is yet another fruit salsa with tropical fruits that is equally lip-smacking delicious. When Preethi announced the Salsa as the theme for this fortnight in Healthy Wellthy Cuisines, this strawberry salsa lined up perfectly for the theme. was right

Strawberries are great as such as well as in many recipes. The fresh juicy berry is rich in Vitamin C. Be it this Strawberry Shrikand or Lattice Top Strawberry Pie, or this Pound Cake Strawberry  Grilled Cheese, these berries make the best desserts. White Chocolate Strawberry bombs and Soft White Chocolate Fudge are made with freeze dried strawberries and make a wonderful edible gifts. Korean Strawberry Milk is always a favorite one on the menu! These cute little red berries are great to stuff inside bread. Try this Matcha Strawberry Cream Melon Pan and I can guarantee that you'll be making it often.

Strawberry salsa is fresh, easy to make, simple one with robust flavors. Sometimes this salsa can be had such. These are also great as a topping in many foods. The mild sweet savory flavor will elevate any dish that needs a flavor boost and with its brilliant color will elevate the appearance too!
