Cookies are kids' number one favorite. They will have a big grin when u say cookies to them. Kids and cookies are like cookies and milk, inseparable. Not only them, for any foodie. With more health consciousness, it may not be possible to make them in a big batch always. Sometimes we prefer making very very small batch aka single or two servings. They are great. The kids need not be deprived when we don't want to have those. Cool right. This recipe makes two cookies, perfect for 2 kids. If you have ice cream, make it into an ice cream cookie sandwich.
