    Cranberry Ginger Tea #Cranberry Week

    Nov 17, 2020 · Leave a Comment

Cranberry ginger tea is a simple comforting tea for the cold months without caffeine. Anyone can have this drink. My version of this tea doesn't use any sweetener. My kids have this with a little honey. For me, it's perfect as it is. Every sip gives a lot of cozy comfort feeling. These ruby red cranberries are packed with a bang - nutrients. They are rich in antioxidants and the health benefits are numerous. It just takes 20 minutes to make this. Enjoy a cup of hot tea and give me feedback.

I am posting this for day 2 of #CranberryWeek.

    Water- 2 cups

    Method

Wash and halve the cranberries. Peel and chop the ginger into slices or match sticks. Add it to water and bring it to boil. Lower the flame and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

Switch off the flame, add the orange peel, cover and let it steep for 3 -4 minutes.

Strain the tea. Serve hot tea with or without sweetener.
