    Strawberry Mango Smoothie Bowl

    Smoothie bowls are my favorite and this is so simple to make. It is easy, nutritious, not loaded with sugar, healthy, and can be made in a few minutes. It is a healthy breakfast as well as a great snack. With the summer heat, these smoothie bowls are the cooler alternative that provides nutrition too.
    Ingredients
    Serves 4

    Strawberry - 12, medium ones, frozen
    Banana - 1, frozen
    Mango - 2/3 of a Kent mango(2/3 cup, approximately)
    Honey - 2 tsp
    Greek Yogurt - 1 cup
    Protein Powder - 1 scoop
    Flaxseed powder - 1 tbsp
    Rolled oats - 1/4 cup, toasted
    Cashews - 15, soaked
    Apple - 1

    Method
    Add everything to the blender. Blend till smooth. Scoop it into bowls. Top with your favorite fruits, nuts, granola.
