Grilled Nectarine Feta Salad

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp Feta cheese crumbled
  • 5 cups Romaine lettuce
  • cups Baby spinach 
  • 4 Nectarine cut into 8 wedges
  • ¾ cup Candied walnuts
  • 1 recipe Strawberry gochujang dressing (Here for recipe)
  • Pita chips optional

Instructions

  • Grill the nectarine wedges for two minutes on each side until you see grill marks. This can be adjusted to personal preference.
  • Add the lettuce, spinach, grilled nectarines, candied walnuts, and feta to your bowl.
  • Drizzle the Strawberry Gochujang dressing as needed.
  • Serve immediately.
