Strawberry Spinach Salad

This strawberry and spinach salad is a vibrant and delicious salad with fresh and juicy strawberries, candied pecans, feta, onions, and luscious spinach that is tossed with balsamic vinaigrette.

Ingredients

3 cups Spinach
1 lb Strawberries quartered
½ cup Candied pecans
⅓ cup Feta
2 tbsp Red onions sliced
½ recipe Orange balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

Make the vinaigrette following the recipe (recipe here) and set aside.
To a big bowl or platter, add the spinach and layer it with strawberries followed by candied pecans and feta.
Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette and serve immediately
