Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Add the onion, ginger, and Thai chili. Saute for 3-4 minutes with a pinch of salt. Remove from the flame.
Add the cheese, mayo, lemon juice, sauteed onion, garlic, black salt, chaat masala, and mint. Combine well. Transfer to a bowl.
Drizzle with sweet chili oil. Serve with chips, bread, or veggies.
