Cook the sago pearls according to the package directions. The bigger boba needsa about 25 minutes cooking time. The mini sago will cook in about 12-15 minutes. Cover for 5 minutes. Drain the sago and rinse with water.
In the meantime make hot chocolate by heating milk, half and half, condensed milk, vanilla, and chocolate chips until it is hot and about to boil.
Add the sago to the hot chocolate.
Toassemble and serve: Ladle the hot chocolate sago into serving bowls. Top with fruits and nuts. Serve hot, warm or chilled.
