For the marinade: Crush the cilantro, garlic, Serrano pepper, cumin and salt. To this add lemon juice and oil and whisk. Set aside.
Cut the paneer to half inch block pieces. Arrange in a bowl. Pour marinade and mix to distribute evenly.
Let in marinate for two to eight hours.
Grill till golden color and beautiful mark, flip and cook. Baste with marinade, if necessary. This can be done in panini press too. Set the panini press on high heat and grill for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with extra drizzle of marinade.
