Ingredients

  • 6 Fresh corn 
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • cup Cilantro
  • ¾ tsp Cayenne
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • tsp Lime zest
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • ¼ cup Queso blanco
  • 1 tbsp Vegan Parmesan

For Garnishing

  • A little Cayenne
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Crumbly cheese

Instructions

  • Roast the corn on gas or grill.

  • Add the rest of the ingredients to a bowl and mix.

  • Take each grilled corn, dip and roll on the creamy sauce so that the sauce is coated on all sides.
