Instructions
Whisk the curd
Add the cubed potatoes, salt, onion, Thai chili, salt, turmeric, and red chili powder followed by whisked curd to a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan. When it is hot add the fenugreek and fry for 30 seconds. Pour it to the potato-yogurt mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Serve as a salad or as a side to roti, paratha, or rice.
