Cook the vermicelli for 5-7 minutes following the package directions.
Dissolve sugar in the milk-evaporated milk and set aside.
Soak the basil seeds in half cup of water.
Chop the fruits and set aside.
To assemble: Add a tablespoon of chocolate syrup to each of the tall glass followed by vermicelli and basil seeds (use half portion of the toal quantity). Then add the fruit, nuts, and chocolate chips followed by ice cream.
Add a table spoon of chocolate syrup followed by remaining vermicelli, basil seeds, fruits. Then add half cup of the milk mixture followed by a scoop of ice cream. Top with nuts.
Add chopped chocolates, chocolate chips. Dust with cocoa powder and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Garnish with a candied cherry. Serve immediately.
