Preheat the oven to 350℉
combine the ingredients listed under cherry filling to a bowl. Combine together and set aside.
In another bowl, add the dry ingredients required for the biscuit topping. Add the heavy cream and mix.
To a 9-in pie plate, add the cherry filling and scoop the biscuit base on top of the filling.
Brush with garbanzo water/aquafaba and sprinkle Demerara sugar.
350 bake for 45-50 min cover last 10 min. Remove from the oven and cool.
Serve with charry vanilla icecream.
