Soak the garbanzo beans for 8 hrs. Cook until it is soft. Remove the skin from the cooked beans (optional) for smooth hummus texture.
Add everything(reserving olive oil) to the food processor, process it until smooth drizzling the olive oil. Transfer to a bowl, garnish with parsley dill. Add optional drizzle of garlic olive oil. Serve with veggies and chips/bread.
Optional garlic oil drizzle: Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic and saute for 40-50 seconds without browning. Cool and drizzle on top of hummus.
