In a bowl, add the flax seed powder and milk Keep aside.
Preheat the oven to 350℉.
In another bowl add the almond four, salt, baking powder, all purpose flour, mix well.
In another bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar. Add the flaxseed mix and vanilla, and beat till fluffy.
Add the dry ingredients in instalments and mix thoroughly.
With a cookie scoop, make 24 equal sized portions. Roll it on sugar crystals. Keep them on a silicone lined baking tray. Flatten them. Press a couple of almond slices gently onto the cookie.
Bake for 10min. If you want a softer cookie, make sure to take it out by 8 min. Remove from the oven and cool completely. Repeat with the next batch.
Store in airtight container.
