White Mocha Cookies

These eggless white mocha cookies are soft and chewy cookies that tastes like your favorite coffeehouse drink transformed into a cookie dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1⅓ cup All purpose flour
  • ¾ cup White chocolate mocha mix
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • 5 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed powder
  • tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • ½ cup White chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉
  • Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Cream the butter, brown sugar, flaxseed-milk mixture, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients in batches.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • With a cookie scooper, scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet. Flatten them slightly. Bake for 9 minutes at 350℉. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
  • Store in an airtight container until use.
