Preheat the oven to 350℉
Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Cream the butter, brown sugar, flaxseed-milk mixture, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Slowly add the dry ingredients in batches.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
With a cookie scooper, scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet. Flatten them slightly. Bake for 9 minutes at 350℉. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
Store in an airtight container until use.
