For the Salad

For the Creamy Dressing

Instructions
Add all the ingredients for the creamy dressing to a bowl, mix and set aside.
Add all the veggies to a salad bowl.
Add the dressing.
Mix thoroughly.
Arrange on serving bowls and serve immediately.
