Add the ingredients listed to make dough into a stand mixer and knead a soft dough. This can be done manually too. Set aside for 10-15 minutes and divide it into eight portions.
In the meantime, pulse 20 oreo cookies in the food processor or crush them with a rolling pin in a ziploc cover.
Transfer the oreo mixture to a bowl, add a tablespoon ghee and cream cheese. Combine thoroughly.
Divide the oreo mixture into 8 portions.
take. aportion of the dough and shape it into a 5-in cup or disc. Place a portion of oreo stuffing, gather the ends and seal it thoroughly. Gently flatten it. Repeat with remaining dough and oreo portions.
Srinkle flour as needed and roll the stuffed dough portions into a 6 or 7-inch circular discs. Repeat with all the dough balls.
Heat a cast iron pan, place the flattened dough disc and cook for a minute. Smear a little ghee or melted butter, flip and cook for a minute. Smear a little ghee again, flip and conitnue to cook botht he sides for 30 seconds each until you get a crispy covering with brown spots. Repeat with the rest of the parathas.
Serve oreo parathas hot or warm, as such, with ice cream and/or chocolate drizzle.
