Mango Habanero Chutney

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Mango
  • 2 Habanero
  • 8 tbsp Apple cider vnegar
  • 6 tbsp Jaggery
  • 2/3 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tso Onto seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Mustad
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tso coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tsp tsp garlic      
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup onion

Instructions

  • Heat the oil, add the mustard seeds, fennel, and onion seeds and fry for 30 seconds.

  • add the onion, garlic, and habanero peppers and saute for 3-4 minutes.

  • Add the chopped mangoes and the rest of the ingredients.

  • cook for 14-18 minutes. Remove from flame and cool.
