Hot Chocolate

This creamy, delcious hot chocolate is perfect to indulge on a cold winter day with the family and is very easy to make in a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Half and half
  • ⅓ cup Milk chocolate (3 oz)
  • ⅓ cup Semi Sweet Chocolate (3 oz)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Sugar Optional, not used in this recipe

Instructions

  • Add everything to a heavy bottomed sauce pot and simmer until milk begins to boil. Whish now and then to avaid scalding at the bottom.
  • Pour into cups, top with cream, marshmallows, peppermint candy and serve hot.
