Coconut Chia Berry Pudding
This coconut chia berry pudding is creamy, naturally sweet, and full of good stuff, but still tastes like a little indulgence that's simple and satisfying.

Ingredients
¾
cup
Coconut milk
1
cup
Water
2
tbsp
Maple syrup
⅓
cup
Chia seeds
Fresh blueberries
Fresh strawberries
Banana slices
Instructions
In a bowl add the coconut milk, maple syrup, and water. Add the chia seeds and mix well. Set aside for 20-30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
In the meantime prep the fruits to be topped. In each serving cup add 1/6th of the portion. Add chopped strawberries and blueberries.
Serve immediately.
